I am a recent member and have just received my first order. Before ordering, I called and was pleasantly surprised that the actual owner, Dan, answered the phone. I was not expecting he would be the person to pick up the phone for a customer inquiry. He was very helpful. Because of his personal customer service, obvious passion, and authenticity, I signed up as a member. I look forward to using the products and plan to order more.

I have been working with this company for a few years. Everything I've ordered has been perfect, and having the staff right there to answer questions is great. Daniel is always ready to talk (although I haven't been able to do so because of some other life things). I recommend them highly - and if they don't have something you need in stock, let them know. If they can get it they will! The membership is worth it because of the discount.

Dan was absolutely fantastic to work with. He went above and beyond to answer our questions and take care of everything we needed. I look forward to working with Nature Packaged for many years to come. Highly recommended!
